			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The new OPG-1L series fiber optic links are designed for the openGear® platform standard and are optimized to perform in the 40 MHz to 2.3 GHz frequency range for IF and L-Band video signals up to 30 km. They provide transparent signal transport between broadcast or cable network antenna facilities and control room terminal equipment.</p>
<p>The OPG-1L series is designed with highly-linear, optically-isolated DFB lasers that enable high-dynamic range links. With openGear® enclosures such as the OPG-8321 2 RU 19” rack-mount chassis, they can be integrated with EMCORE&#8217;s family of openGear® compatible OPG-2HDP high-definition SDI video cards, as well as many other openGear® compatible application cards to support multiple format and frequency transport in a single flexible platform.</p>
<p>Additional unique features of the OPG-1L series include our patented SmartGain Control system, which ensures consistent RF performance over varied signal conditions and long fiber distances.</p>
